War doesn't need Public Relations. But IMHO every party in a war should be allowed to express their point of view. As well as everyone should enter the conversation to share opinions.
In my opinion Isreal should stop their war and Hamas should stop their war as well.
During the six month's cease fire Hamas activists fired thousands of rockets (Kassam, Grad, Fadschr) to kill people in Israel. Nobody cared in the so called international community. Yesterday evening I saw a documentation in the German TV (ZDF: http://www.zdf.de/ZDFmediathek/content/661680?inPopup=true ) with pictures of Kindergardens in Sederot that were build like bunkers - already some years ago because of constant fire.
So wrong or right side is not like false or true but a question of morality and perspective. Public Relations can help to identify and learn of different moralities and perspectives.
This requires all participants to enter a stage of conversation. That's the real fault of both of them Hamas and Isreal. I guess a lot of people are willing to talk with each others but the organizations and their leader fail. They don't perform Public Relations - they all execute propaganda.
